However, with local orders and orders that exceed UPS size and weight limits a "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you. We strive to have orders shipped by the next business day after orders are placed.   The shipping cost for the first item is $9.90. The shipping cost for each additional item is $4.50. Shipping on all orders over $150.00 is free.(*) (*) Shipments to UPS zones 6 and over may require larger minumum order size for free shipping Guarantee - Return Goods Direct Disposables wants your complete satisfaction. If any product fails to meet your satisfaction - simply, call for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Merchandise is returnable within 30 days from the date of invoice. Items returned for credit must be in their original package, unmarked, and unopened. Special orders and opened products are not returnable unless the reason for the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or problem. Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or problem. Terms will be extended to schools, colleges, and municipal governments. Additionally, terms may be granted, upon credit approval, after a minimum of three prepaid orders. Payment must include all shipping charges and applicable sales tax. Ohio businesses are subject to a 8% sales tax, unless purchaser, or items, are tax exempt. For tax exempt purchases, an exemption certificate must be provided, or on file for sales tax not to be charged. Items sold for the purpose of food preparation or preserving to a licensed food service operation will not be charged sales tax if noted by customer and an exemption certificate is provided.
